Christian Madsen is currently set to appear opposite Britt Robertson and Eddie Murphy in Bruce Bereford’s upcoming film, Cook. He recently completed leads in the independent films Prism and King Jack, which won the Audience Award at the 2015 TriBeCa Film Fest. Madsen was last seen opposite Shailene Woodley and Kate Winslet in the Neil Burger directed film, Divergent, Other feature credits include Gia Coppola’s Palo Alto, which stars James Franco and Emma Roberts and the independent film Jake Squared, opposite Elias Koteas.

Madsen began his career at the young age of eleven in his first film Eyes Front. When he was just 16, he directed his first short, which starred his father Michael and Robert Miano, entitled No Name. Madsen continually develops his talent and has studied the Meisner technique under Robert Carnegie at Play House West.

Madsen was born in Los Angeles, California.
