Mulled Wine Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon
- 16 oz. cranberry juice
- 4 oz. Apple Jack brandy
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- Orange peel picked with cloves
- Cinnamon stick
- Allspice
Instructions
- Add Cabernet Sauvignon wine, cranberry juice, Apple Jack brandy, diced apples, cranberries, pumpkin puree and allspice to medium saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and transfer to a heat-safe carafe.
- Add pricked orange peel and cinnamon stick to glass.
- Pour warm mixture into prepared glass.
- Garnish with pricked orange peel, figs and cooked fruit.
