Bailey Buntain is currently shooting the Lifetime television movie “Petals on the Wind;” an upcoming sequel to the network’s hugely popular “Flowers in the Attic.” Bailey will portray the role of “Carrie” alongside Ellen Burstyn, Heather Graham, and Rose McIver.

Bailey also currently stars as “Lauren” in the new MTV comedy “Faking It” which will premiere April 22, 2014. Bailey landed the role immediately following her co-starring turn as “Ginny Thompson” opposite Tony Award winner Sutton Foster in the critically-acclaimed ABC Family series “Bunheads.”

A newcomer to Hollywood prior to joining “Bunheads” Bailey landed the role shortly after graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York.

Other television credits include an upcoming guest appearance on the ABC Family comedy “Baby Daddy” as “Bailey,” the love interest to Jean-Luc Bilodeau; as well as high-school newcomer and Eden Sher’s good friend “Jenna Taylor” on the popular ABC show “The Middle.”

On stage, Bailey most recently appeared in the musical “Summer Of ‘42” directed by Tony Award nominee Hunter Foster. Other credits include the musicals “Hello, Dolly!”, “The Music Man,” and as a featured dancer for the annual “Broadway On Broadway” benefit concert.

A native of Sacramento, California, Bailey trained extensively as a classically trained actor, singer, and dancer. Not many people know she is also well-versed in both baton twirling and the trapeze!
