Crumb Cake Struffoli
Ingredients
- 1 loaf crumb cake
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- sprinkles
Instructions
- To make the Crumb Cake Struffoli batter, start with one loaf of crumb cake. Then add in the eggs and mix.
- Add the batter to a frosting cone, then fry small bite sized portions until golden brown.
- To make the Struffoli glaze, add honey, sugar and lemon juice to a small pot.
- Heat and mix all the ingredients until you get an amber glaze.
- Once heated, drizzle the glaze over your crumb cake bites and mix.
- Throw in a handful of holiday sprinkles to bring the holiday cheer.
