Cranberry Sauce Martini
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cranberry juice (to freeze)
- ½ cup chopped craisins
- 4 oz. cranberry juice
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1 oz. maple syrup
- ½ lemon, juiced and strained
- 4 oz. soda water
- ice
- lemon (for pear)
- orange peel
- 2 sprigs of mint
- A few fresh cranberries
- 2 pear slices
- star anise
Instructions
- Make decorative ice spheres by adding craisins to the bottom of a spherical ice tray. Fill tray ¾ of the way full and freeze until solid
- Add ice spheres to glass.
- Add ice (regular, non-spherical) to cocktail shaker.
- Pour cranberry juice, vodka, Grand Marnier, maple syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake.
- Garnish with lemon twist, mint, cranberries, star anise and pear slice.
- Top with soda water.
